Ms Amy Wong
Ms. Amy Wong became the first Macau resident to qualify as a Mainland Lawyer. Brought up on the Mainland, she brings her acumen and experience to facilitate cross border legal and IP services between Macau and Mainland China. She is a member of the Standing Committee on Alternative Dispute Resolution of the International Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property (AIPPI), a member of the Guangdong Expert Committee on Overseas Intellectual Property Protection, and was selected into the national talent pool of foreign lawyers. She graduated from Sun Yat-Sen University, Macao University and holds a Master’s Laws of China University from the University of Political Science and Law. She is also the founder and Chairwoman of the Macao Trademark Association, Chairwoman. Macao a member of the Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan and Foreign Affairs Committee of Guangdong Lawyers Association, Secretary General of Committee for Intellectual Property Rights of Zhuhai Lawyers Association. She is a foodie who enjoys travelling, and usually runs 5km every morning before the sun rises.

Mr Miguel Quental
Miguel Quental, is the first Macao legal Counsel lawyer employed by a Mainland law firm in China, obtained the "Macao 001" Macao Legal Counsel Certificate, qualified as a lawyer both in Macau and Portugal. He joined FCLaw Lawyers & Private Notaries in 2007 and became a partner in 2014. His areas of practice are mainly labour, civil and commercial. He is the lawyer responsible for the biggest labour litigation disputes in Macau.
He is a lecturer in the Faculty of Law of the University of Macau since 2002 where teaches Introduction to Law, Labour Law and Commercial Law I and II and is the executive coordinator of the Bulletin of the Faculty of Law of the University of Macau.
He was instructor at the “Training and Improvement of Legal Language Course” and at the “Labour Law Training Course”, organized by the Legal and Judicial Training Centre of Macau, invited consultant for the Department of Juridical Reform in the project “Revision of the Commercial Code of Macau”, coordinator of the “Course of Labour Law for Inspectors of the Bureau of Labour and Employment” and of the “Advanced Course in Labour Law for Inspectors”, organized by the Macau Labour Affairs Bureau and instructor of the module “Labour Law” for the Course of Professional Training – Public Prosecutors, organized by Legal and Judicial Training Centre of Macau.
He is the author of the book on “Macau Labour Law”, often referred by lawyers and courts in labour disputes, and published several articles on Labour matters in the Bulletin of the Faculty of Law of the University of Macau. His hobbies include art, travelling and photography.

Mr Leo Liu
Mr Liu has been engaged in intellectual property work since 2002, and has been a qualified Patent Attorney since 2004. Working in the field of intellectual property for 20 years, he has provided enterprises with a large number of consulting services and legal opinions on intellectual property application, search and protection strategies, and helped many enterprises in the United States, Europe, Canada, Australia, Japan, Southeast Asia and other countries and regions to successfully apply for intellectual property protection. Areas of expertise include domestic and foreign knowledge Intellectual property system, protection of intellectual property rights in e-commerce exhibitions, diversified settlement mechanisms for intellectual property disputes, free implementation of patents and investigation and analysis of infringement risks, declaration of patent invalidation, administrative mediation and infringement litigation, etc.

Mr Cheng Sun Shan (Sunny)
Mr Cheng completed his Professional Training (PLT) at Blackstone Chambers, Sydney. In 2014, he moved to China to engage in cross-border consulting services on Intellectual property rights and strategy, and provide overseas business cross-border compliance advice and conflict resolution solutions for companies and individuals in China. Since 2018, he has been the Director of International IP for Macau Victory Group and serves as a Director of the Macau Trademark Association. He provides overseas companies with intellectual property and business services strategy in Macao and Greater China for both transactional and litigation requirements of clients, and also provides advice on overseas business and intellectual property protection, being entrusted with companies listed on Fortune Global 500. He enjoys keeping fit and playing basketball in his spare time, and is an avid foodie.

He has a wealth of experience in corporate legal affairs, serving as legal counsel for Zhuhai Pangu Consulting Company, Zhuhai Wendu Education Group, Zhuhai World Flight Alliance UAV, Zhuhai Libao Robot, etc. and has followed up the investment projects and enterprises of several companies Legal affairs such as financing, listing roadshow, listing on the New Third Board, etc. He has represented Suning Appliance, Xiaomi Technology, Meizu, 361°, JD.com, Chimelong Group, Real Madrid Football Club and other well-known domestic and foreign brands in the trademark and patent business in Macao.
