India, Atlanta, Australia and the launch of the Macao Innovation Capital Platform || Victory Q1 & Q2 2024 Updates

We kicked off in India in February 2024 , Ms Amy Wong, founder of Victory Group and Mr Sun Shan (Sunny), Head of Global IP visited New Delhi and Mumbai to further deepen our IP co-operation partners in the region.

Mr Leo Liu , GM of our Guangzhou offices represented the firm in Atlanta INTA during May 2024.

Mr Sun Shan( (Sunny) also attended several China- Australia meetings in Sydney, including UNSW and King & Woods program, as well as Sydney University , topping it off with the Australia Asian Lawyers Association mentorship program launch.

Ms Wong represented the firm in our regional and domestic meetings, chief being the launch of a very special Technology Trading Platform in Macau, with July rounded up with the 16th HK IP Conference at the China University of Hong Kong, and the return of the Macao extension of the conference on July 29th with a focus on our new Patent Financing Platform.

Guests from England, India and Dubai, respectivley Mr David Stanners, , Dr Pinaki Gosh , Mr Divyendu Verma ( Audiri Fox) providing insights into IP development in their respective jurisdictions from Government funding initiatives through to the role of GI in the whole scheme of IPR development and investment.

This platform is at the cutting edge of investor finance for high technology, and brings investors and patent owners together in a revolutionary way. More detailed updates and information related to the platform will be provided in a forthcoming post, with opportunties for collaboration.

Forthcoming, the team will be at the CIPAC Conference in Beijing, ( September 2024) , followed by the AIPPI Congress in Hangzhou (October 2024）as well as the Annual China Trademark Conference this year to be held in Xi'an , China November 2024.
