Victory Group International meets with Industrial Park to serve Patent Analysis and IP needs.

Last Thursday May 26, The Victory Group team led with our Director and founder Ms Amy Wong ( Wang Ai Min), had a chance to meet with key leaders of an Industrial park in Guangzhou, with at least 20 firms housed in this industrial park to help service their Patent development needs.

Guangzheng Science and Technology Industrial Park Background

The Guangzhou Guangcheng Investment Management Co., Ltd. invested 120 million yuan to build the high-tech industrial park, which was completed by the end of 2012 and put into operation. The industrial park covers an area of 30,000 m2 with a total construction area of 71160 m2. It has an R & D center, office buildings, factory buildings, apartments, restaurants, agym, public meeting training room, etc with all kinds of supporting equipment and facilities.

Guangzheng Technology Industrial Park Incubator was identified as ‘Guangzhou Development Zone Incubator’ in May 2017; In May 2017, and was registered as the ‘Technology Business Incubator’ of the Guangzhou Development Zone, and in August 2019 it was identified as the service station for small and medium enterprises in Guangzhou.

In October 2019, it was identified as the third batch of ‘Guangzhou Development Zone Technology Accelerator‘in Huangpu District, Guangzhou. And this year, in January 2022 it was also identified as a ‘Guangzhou Science and Technology Business Incubator’.



Intellectual Property Services



Lu Xiaoyan also said that the cooperation with intellectual property service agencies "send intellectual property services to the firms directly. It aims to:

• enhance the awareness of intellectual property protection of enterprises in the park,

• comprehensively improve the level of IP protection and management of key enterprises in this park,

• realize the organic integration of IPR services and technological innovation, and

• promote the cultivation of high-value patents of enterprises.

Mr Liu Zengjian (Leo), General Manager of Triumph of Victory Group Internatonal (Guangzhou) and a Patent expert with over 20 years experience said that it is really of great significance to develop overseas patent distribution. It will greatly help to improve the overseas market share of enterprises, upstream and downstream business bargaining power, risk control and a myriad of other capabilities. When an enterprise obtains pioneering or innovative technology, it should consider developing overseas patent distribution in a timely and strategic manner. We hope that through cooperation with the industrial park that within three years more than 50% of firms we mentor can take strides towards their overseas patent portfolio. We will continue to nurture our international relationships with IP firms around the world to further provide our clients with relevant markets as well as unique development opportunities.



Mr Niu Heming, who is familiar with both domestic and international drug registration regulations and international intellectual property laws and regulations has been handling patent technology licensing, patent technology transfer and technical service contract review and drafting for pharmaceutical enterprises for a long time. He provides legal services on international drug registration and international intellectual property protection. In meeting with the two initial companies, we were able to respond to relevant legal questions raised by the companies in detail.
