Victory Group lead delegation visit to the CEM Macau Power Plant during 2022 MIF

This is a three part blog outlining in some more detail the recent delegation we led into Macao to Participate in the 27th Macau International Trade and Investment Exhibition

In the spirit of "Helping Mainland Enterprises to Go Global via the Macao Platform,” Victory Group International together with the Intellectual Property Association of Guangzhou Development Zone led a visiting delegation of enterprises, scientific research institutions and Intellectual Property service organizations in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area and to visit famous enterprises and scientific research institutions in Macao, all held throughout the 27th Macau International Trade and Investment Exhibition,

From October 20 to 22, the 27th Macao International Trade and Investment Exhibition hosted by Macao TIPA was held at the Venetian Macau Resort Hotel. During the period, the Intellectual Property Association of Guangzhou Development Zone organized a delegation of enterprises, scientific research institutions and intellectual property service organizations in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.  Thanks to the the assistance of the Macau Intellectual Property Research Society, Victory International Group the visit by the delegation to enterprises enterprises and universities such as the Coloane Power Plant and the University of Macao, as well as the Sub-forum on Intellectual Property Rights at the 27th Macao International Trade and Investment Exhibition.

Stop 1 of 3 : Macau Coloane Power Plant (CE)

October 20- The first stop after arrival into SAR Macau was the Macau Road Ring Power Plant. The delegation went to Macao Coloane Power Plant for field trip and exchange.

Macau Coloane Power Plant is the largest industrial enterprise in Macau, which was founded in 1972 and has been in operation now for 50 years.

Since June 1984, the Macao power grid began to become a part of China's Southern Power Grid, CEM has gradually transformed from "main power supply" facilities to a "stable power supply.

"During the visit,Principal Consultant, Coloane Power Plant, Macau Mr Yue Zongbin shared the history of the Coloane Power Plant in Macao and the blueprint for its future development, saying that the plant has carried out a large number of technological innovation projects over a long period of time, and has reached cooperative relations with many universities and research institutes. For example, through the Macao Science and Technology Fund, the CEM has carried out in-depth cooperation with the University of Macau, the USTM, and the Southern Network Digital Research Institute in our region.
