Victory Group leads delegation to UM TCM Laboratory and The Innovation Entrepreneurship Centre.

This is Blog 2 of 3 of the recent 3 day delegation led by Victory Group International from Guangzhou.

21 October 2022 - The delegation next visited the State Key Laboratory of Chinese Medicine Research Institute and the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Center of the University of Macau.

During the visit, the representatives and the relevant professors of the University of Macau gave in depth lectures on the transformation of scientific and technological achievements and intellectual property rights.

With the State Key Laboratory of Quality Research of Traditional Chinese Medicine as the carrier, the IMM of the University of Macau has the vision of building a world-class TCM quality system research and innovation platform for TCM research and development.

Encouraging achievements have been made in the fields of personnel training, scientific research and social services.

The Innovation and Entrepreneurship Center of the University of Macau is affiliated with the Macao Collaborative Innovation Research Institute, which was approved as a "National Public Innovation space" in 2020. Its chief aims are to:

• provide teachers and students with an industry-university-research support platform for innovation and entrepreneurship,

• fully cultivate innovative and entrepreneurial talents.

• promote the interaction between the University and the government, enterprises, incubators, venture capital institutions and entrepreneurial mentors, and

• build an ecosystem for the transformation of scientific and technological achievements and innovation and entrepreneurship at UM, with the goal of opening up a broad growth and career development pathways for the youth of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.
